The staff are super friendly and helped me with directions to all the must-see spots. Breakfast options were nice, especially enjoying a morning coffee in the cozy lounge area. The only thing was the bathroom could use some updating. the shower was a bit slow to drain. Still, a lovely experience!

Noise levels from slamming doors and plumbing are unbearable at night!!! Smaller room sizes leave little space to breathe, and poor Wi-Fi means you can't get any work done. Maintenance issues in the bathrooms should be addressed immediately!!!

i had a lovely time at des artistes. the location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station via the metro line. the helpful staff made our stay memorable. they were always ready with tips and information. also, the hair salon was a nice bonus!
