Exceptionally clean room in a beautiful vintage hotel, but noise from slamming doors disrupted my sleep.

The hotel was located just off the shopping streets of Corso Umberto, touristic attractions and restaurants, and all the landmarks of Naples.

The hotel is ideally situated to enjoy the centre of Naples and its lively streets. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, offering themselves for whatever you may need and giving you unexpected gifts (we were given a suite instead of the normal room for the same price, as well as other details). The building, which is very old, has its charm. The breakfast, if not very varied, is exquisite in what it offers, with authentic freshly brewed machine coffee and orange juice, which is not easy to find even in high class hotels.
age of the building and location of the hotel, without a lobby, can cause some confusion, especially if you arrive at night, although, after the initial surprise, you even end up liking it. interior decoration is quite "kitsch" in some elements (paintings, glitter.. dining room for breakfast offers a reduced space. However, we came to take a liking to it in its imperfections and, in short, we would like to return to it if we go back to Naples instead of trying our luck with another hotel.

The hotel had indeed a marvellous and incredible location by the train station via the metro line. The room we had included a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a multi-channel television. The staff was welcoming and everything was good!

The starry ceiling in my room was a good surprise, creating a unique ambiance during the night. The helpful staff even provided excellent dining recommendations that led me to some amazing local dishes.

The relatively quiet and clean area ( For Naples ) Accommodating staff, especially the room and breakfast service lady Antoniella.
No fridge or microwave, whereas they were stated on confirmation. No lead/cable for television - and absolutely no attempt to rectify this when we reported it immediately to reception.

Excellent location; ideal for seeing the "real" Naples. Busy and lively environment; ideal for walking and getting to know the interchanges. Room perfectly isolated from the outside. A few noises between rooms, but at least we don't have any trouble sleeping. The normal room is a bit tight in size, but there is all that needs to be there. If you go to the next level, the feeling of comfort through space increases considerably. To be valued according to personal interests. Breakfast is right, coffee and good, salty sweets loose. Regarding the staff, everyone has been very friendly and competent, always with good indications and willing to help. In general, a very recommendable choice to visit Naples. We will surely repeat!

Good location in the historic centre of Naples. The staff is very friendly. Naples can be quite hectic, but the atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxed. And because the location is inside a courtyard, it is not at all noisy at night.
The shower cabin was a bit tiny, but for us not really a problem.

Great spot for exploring!
The staff are super friendly and helped me with directions to all the must-see spots. Breakfast options were nice, especially enjoying a morning coffee in the cozy lounge area. The only thing was the bathroom could use some updating. The shower was a bit slow to drain. Still, a lovely experience!

The location is a real gem, right in the heart of the historical district. It made exploring nearby attractions easy. The cute staff stood out. They were helpful and kind, offering great tips for local sites and transportation, which enhanced my visit. Room cleanliness was great, and the cozy atmosphere added a charming touch. I found the room size to be smaller than I expected. Limited Wi-Fi access also posed some inconvenience while trying to plan my next outings. Breakfast was decent, but the options were basic, and I wished there were more variety to choose from.

The hotel was excellent value for money for a budget range hotel and located conveniently for the metro into the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has character and unlike the fixed format offered by many city centre hotels in Europe.
We found it fine, but the hotel is located on a busy road and noise levels might put some visitors off. The one area the hotel needs to improve is it's breakfast offering which was poor.
